To initialise a remote assist session, please enter the session key provided to you by your Support Analyst. If you have not been provided with a session key, contact the IT Service Centre on (07) 373 55555 to arrange this support.

Please note that OSX Mojave (10.14.x) requires additional steps in order to establish a remote connection.
